"AIMS is a joint venture between UNOCHA and UNDP, reporting directly to the UN Coordinator for Afghanistan. AIMS will receive strategic guidance from an Advisory Board composed of members from the UN, NGO and donor community working for Afghanistan.
AIMS is comprised of two components, the Humanitarian Information Center for Afghanistan (HICFA) and the Project Management Information System (ProMIS)."
